We value your time and respect your privacy. Upon scheduling an appointment with us we will provide our clients with a confirmation number unique to their booking to guarantee accuracy and security.

| 1 | On The day of your appointment, our techs will call 30-minutes before they arrive for your scheduled timeslot to provide an exact time of arrival. |
| 2 | Our techs will set-up corner guards and floor coverings to protect your walls and floors. Our techs will wear boot covers during the service to ensure that no dust or debris is brought in from the outside. |
| 3 | Our techs will cover all supply & return air vents with vent-safe magnets in order to achieve negative air pressure throughout the system as well as accomplish maximum section into our truck-mounted vacuums. This stage will also help to prevent any blowback of dust or debris during the cleaning process. |
| 4 | Our techs will begin air washing the supply vents with 300 psi high-pressure air while our lead tech begins inspecting the key areas of the system and cataloging all findings through a series of before pictures for the client. |
| 5 | Our lead tech will present all findings from the inspection to the client verbally as well as by showing all before pictures in order to explain each section and the benefits of cleaning these areas. |
| 6 | Our lead tech will confirm with the client which package and service they choose as well as offer the final invoice cost including taxes and how long the final stages of the service will take. |
| 7 | Our techs will switch the vacuum from the supply to the return trunk line and begin cleaning, brushing, and agitating the return air ductwork relative to the package or service that the client has chosen. |
| 8 | Our techs will catalog all after pictures of all areas that have been cleaned to confirm that all work has been completed to standards as well as to provide the proof of work to the client. |
| 9 | Our techs will lastly apply the Benefect® all-natural herbal sanitizer to the supply and return ductwork in order to sanitize and disinfect the system. |
| 10 | Our techs will then seal the vacuum access hook-up points with galvanized metal, stainless steel screws, and aluminum tape to ensure an air-tight seal. Our lead tech will turn on the furnace to confirm the function. |
| 11 | Our techs will complete a final walk-through to make sure that no mess is left behind, answer any questions or concerns and finalize the invoice while sending all the proof of work to the client. |
