Apex and his team arrived to the house accordingly as scheduled. They notified us 30min prior to arrival which gave us time to set the rooms up for the cleaning. Alex inspected as much as possible and took photos to provide the visual of the duct before starting. There were few additional items that was addressed to be reviewed which Alex explained the pros and cons of about the service. As the photo told the story where the house never got the duct clean, we went with recommended service.
